Denis Fontaine
Co-Founder and Managing Director of Workforce Finder, Denis brings his expertise to the recruitment industry, covering different markets, and interacting with a very broad and diverse group of professionals.
He has always been involved with “the international”, being an expatriate himself, and lived in 5 countries prior to settling in Australia. His background in Sales from an early age gave him the status of being a great communicator and listener, which is the perfect recipe when it comes to national and global recruitment.
Starting out his career within the recruitment industry out of the HAYS branch in New Zealand, he successfully managed accounts within the technical space which prepared him for what was coming next in Australia. Responsible for assisting SMEs and larger businesses with their recruitment needs, Denis always uses a consultative approach when partnering with companies.
He started Rexec Consulting in 2020 which initially targeted the national market within the mining, oil&gas, construction sectors; and then expanded his territory to the global market. Denis prides himself on his ability to create long-term relationships and his sense of commitment when setting goals.

Jules Aknin
Co-Founder and Director of Workforce Finder, Jules brings his expertise to the recruitment industry through years of hard work. He has 10 years experience within the highest rate of employee turnover industry, which is the hospitality industry.
After migrating to Australia in 2011, Jules began his career owning different businesses within the food and event industry while studying business and hospitality management and auto-sponsoring himself at the same time. Being international and going through the same process to live, study and work in Australia, Jules quickly noticed a lack of quality and efficiency in the companies helping others to migrate to Australia so he launched “True Blue Studies”. The main goal here was to bring foreigners to come and study in Australia.
True Blue studies is now expanding to the Philippines and France.
Jules prides himself in finding quality lasting workforce for businesses and in having a strong business acumen. The basis, when it comes to building successful and honest relationships.

Darya
Darya was born in Kazakhstan and raised in the Middle East, Europe and Russia before coming to Western Australia 6 years ago.
She speaks Russian & English. She is now a graduate of Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor degree in Project Management. Darya is heavily involved in the field of project management and has been involved in the human resources and recruitment process at Workforce Finder and continues to monitor all on-going projects within the company.
Darya is a key element to the company due to her organizational skills and competency and adaptability in applying new processes and procedures within Workforce finder.
She prides herself in always finding a solution outside the box when needs to be.
